We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major sights like the Domu and the Medici chapel. The hotel staff were excellent, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the beds in the junior suite were extremely comfortable.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located down a quiet street, yet so close to the center of town. It's very convenient for exploring all the Florence sites and is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like a Nespresso machine. The hotel also offers a spa for relaxation and a fitness center for those wanting to stay active.

The breakfast service could be improved, with some guests mentioning slow service and empty food items.

This venue is a hidden gem in the city center, perfectly located for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and large gym, fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the professional staff made my stay unforgettable, providing excellent service throughout my entire visit. the garden area is an oasis of tranquility in the bustling city center.

One of the elevators was often out of order, which caused some inconvenience during peak hours. the service staff promptly addressed the issue and compensated guests for the inconvenience.

Not one thing.

The upscale amenities at this hotel are simply stunning. With a luxurious Spa and wellness centre, including a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, my relaxation needs were truly fulfilled. the massage services are top, notch, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead. the full, body massage was an especially superior experience, with expert masseuses who were attentive to my every need. the spa lounge was a great area to unwind in after my treatments.

The only minor issue I found with this hotel was the lack of a garden area. Though the location advantages were great with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, an outdoor space for relaxation would have been nice.

Our Easter weekend at this hotel was amazing! the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect stay. They were always helpful and attentive, recommending excellent restaurants and providing valuable sightseeing tips. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold choices, providing a great start to our day. the location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the major sights.

That we felt the hotel was slightly overpriced for what it offered. this was a minor inconvenience considering the overall fantastic experience we had.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly, especially Paul and his adorable doggy Mable. The central location made it easy for us to explore Florence. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable experience.
